I need help with making my links actually link to other sites, right now the code is correct but it wont work. It might have to do with the layout?

Nothin that gets me calmed down like surfin the internet! I've been on the web since a youngin, back on the old chunky grey computer! A lot has changed about these tech webscapes, but I've managed to find corners of the web that still hold the old values we used to see. It all started when I discovered a friend's neocities home page! It blew my socks off! It's been very fun to have a new challenge of working with code. This is definitely a work in progress! I'm using a premade layout, so still learning how to fit images into. We will see! I can't wait to add more and more pages! There's so much freedom!
